L'Ampolla, Spain
L'Ampolla
Today we left Tarragona, Spain and traveled to L'Ampolla, a small harbour just north of the Ebro river delta. We traveled here because we have a small problem with the boat that we expect to get fixed tomorrow. L'Ampolla had not been on our original route, but it is a pleasant yacht and fishing harbour. It was a beautiful day, even if the wind was in the wrong direction.
Allen and Jocelyn
Once we arrived Jocelyn, Allen, and I had a quick tour around the town. It is a modern tourist resort, but quiet in February, except for the tremendous amount of development that we saw going on. Everywhere we looked there seemed to be cranes putting up new developments. We are sure that in summer, you can barely move for the people that must be in L'Ampolla.
