Pueblo Espaņol, Spain

After our busy day yesterday we all slept in. Karalee and the boys all wanted to do their own thing, so Jocelyn and I decided to walk to the Pueblo Espaņol (Spanish Village). This was in an area of Palma, Spain that we haven't explored yet, so we walked through some unfamiliar streets and got to see more of the modern residential neighbourhoods.

Pueblo Espaņol is a recreation of typical houses from throughout Spain. Each house has been recreated exactly as the original. On Sunday, the village was deserted and Jocelyn and I could explore everywhere. It felt like we had stumbled on an abandoned village where everyone had just left.

We stopped in the central square when we were finished and sat down for a drink. Just as we did, the clock above us struck four o'clock. The ornate clock opened to show us dancing figures. As the clock continued chiming we were treated to three different sets of dancers showing us their moves. It was a nice end to enjoyable visit as Jocelyn took our leave to wander back through the streets to the marina and the rest of the crew on Dragonsinger.
