Back to Disneyland Paris
Another Day at Disneyland
After two lengthy days of monuments, we decided to surprise the kids with a day at Disneyland Paris. We started off the day with a ride on Thunder Mountain. This time we waited in line and were surprised to get a different ride than when we used Disney's Fast Pass system the last time that we came.
Thunder Mountain scared Allen, so as compensation I promised Allen that we would ride Dumbo. More than an hour of waiting later Allen got his wish. Thankfully there was another five-year old in line with us, so Lewis and Allen kept themselves amused as we slowly worked our way through the line up.
Mickey Leads The Parade
We stopped and watched a couple of parades today. One thing about Disney parks is that they do everything with 100% commitment and energy and it shows. You cannot help but be impressed by what you see. We then took in the show "Honey, We Shrunk The Audience". I won't give it away, but I will say that it was really, really impressive. Allen was completely taken in by the show and Kevin was kept on the edge of his seat.
Pierre and Pascale return from Brittany tonight. So it is time to go home and have dinner ready for them. It was been a very busy, but rewarding three days touring the sites in and around Paris.
